Rental Guide and Rental Period
Only the person/persons whose names are written in the contract and in the delivery form can use the vehicle rented from our company. No damage guarantee will apply in case of any accident and damage that may occur if third parties whose names are not included in the contract use the vehicle. In order to increase the number of vehicle users, the “October driver” service must be purchased from our branches. It can be done to not recognize more than 1 October driver for a rental vehicle. The person to be added to the contract as an October driver must also carry the age requirements and driver's license conditions determined according to the vehicle groups.
Mileage limits also vary depending on the rental periods of the vehicles.
Reservations made on our website are exclusive to city touristic rentals.

Fuel and Traffic Fines
The fuel costs of the vehicles rented during the car rental belong to the tenant during the rental period. If the vehicle is delivered at the incomplete fuel level, the difference is charged by adding an additional service fee of 25% of the incomplete fuel price to the October fuel price. All traffic fines encountered during the rental period belong to the tenant. All traffic fines, including OGS-HGS crossings, incorrect use of toll booths on bridges and highways, are billed to the tenant. Even if the traffic fines are notified to our company later, the tenant customer is responsible for all traffic fines during the rental period.
Pay Terms
In the Rent a car application, the vehicle rental fee, October product and service fee and the deposit amount are collected from a credit floor belonging to the tenant's person at the beginning of the rental period. During the contract, the tenant must present and keep a credit card belonging to his/her own person. Cancellation and Refund Terms
If you submit your cancellation request on the date you made the reservation, your paid payment will be refunded in full. In case your rental is less than 7 days away from the pick-up time in the paid reservations, a refund is made by deducting the amount of the 2-day rental fee. If the number of days of your reservation is less than 2 days, no refund will be made.
Driver's License Requirement in Car Rental Services
When you buy car rental services through our company, you must definitely have a driver's license. Because the driver's license reveals that the person renting has the right to drive a car and officially certifies it. When renting transactions are carried out, the driver's license conditions are included according to the type of vehicle selected and the class in which it is located. In the car rental transactions made through our company, there is a condition of having a driver's license for at least 1 year for the vehicles included in the economy segment. If the vehicle you will rent is located in the middle segment, you need to have a driver's license for at least 2 years. In the upper segment vehicles, which are another class, you need to have a driver's license for at least 3 years to perform the rental process. In addition, our customers are also required to specify the driver's license number during rental transactions.
Age Limit During Car Rental
Even if you have provided the driving license conditions through our company, if you want to get a car rental service, you should also provide the age limits in particular. Although the driving license class and duration vary according to the vehicle segment characteristics, the age limits also vary. If you want to rent an economy segment through our company, you must be over the age of 21. If you want a medium segment vehicle, you must be at least 23 years old. When you request a high-specification upper segment vehicle, you must also be at least 25 years old.
